According to official Kremlin documents, Vladimir Putin receives an annual salary of $140,000 (approximately ₹1.20 crore), which is relatively modest.

The Russian president is reportedly living like a "modest politician," with declared assets including "an 800 square foot apartment, a trailer, and three cars."

The Russian president's net worth is estimated to be $200 billion, making him one of the richest people in the world

The Black Sea Villa, known as "Putin's Country Cottage," is a symbol of his alleged wealth.

It features luxurious amenities such as a marble swimming pool with statues of Greek gods, an amphitheater, an ice hockey rink, a casino, and a nightclub.

In addition, he is reportedly the owner of a mega yacht named Sheherazade, which is valued at $700 million.

Putin has a collection of luxury watches, including a Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar and an A. Lange & Söhne Tourbograph.

This further fuels speculation about his wealth. The cost of these watches alone is six times his officially declared annual salary.

Reports also suggest that Putin owns 19 other houses, 700 cars, 58 planes and helicopters, and a $716 million aircraft known as "The Flying Kremlin." (CREDIT: russian_kremlin)
