Blood sugar, also called glucose, is the natural sugar in the body. They are sourced from carbohydrates received from foods.

Normal fasting blood sugar levels should be between 70 mg/dL and 100 mg/dL.

Blood sugar is between 100 to 125 mg/dL, so it is advised to take care of lifestyle and sugar levels

If sugar levels increase to 200 mg/dL it can be dangerous. So follow these steps to control blood sugar levels.

If your fasting sugar level is high then regular excercise is must. It helps in improving insulin sensitivity.

It is also advised to consume less carbohydrates if blood sugar levels are high

Soluble fibre helps control blood sugar levels and also in case of diet blood

Enough intake of water, adequate sleep and avoiding stress also helps in controlling blood sugar levels.
