These wild animals are found only in India

 Thousands of species of animals are found all over the world. However, there are also some animals on Earth that are found only in India. To conserve the animals found in India, there are hundreds of national parks and wildlife sanctuaries in our country, India. 

The Barasingha deer has 12 horns which is why it's called Barasingha (12-horned). These deer are found only in India. The Barasingha is found in the Gir National Park in Gujarat. 

The Asiatic lion found in the Gir National Park is a species that is distinct from African lions.

The One-Horned Rhino was once found in Pakistan and Myanmar as well, but now it is only found in India.

The Godawan was declared the state bird of Rajasthan. It is also known as the Great Indian Bustard, Son Chiraiya, and Hukna bird. This bird is found only in India.

India is home to 70% of the world's tigers, but among them, the striped tiger, famous as Bengal Tiger is found only in the state of Bengal in India.

Lion Tailed Macaque These animals have a lion-like tail, and their furry face is also quite attractive. Found only in India, these creatures prefer to live on trees.

The Nilgiri Tahr is found in the Nilgiri Hills and southern regions of the Western Ghats in Tamil Nadu and Kerala, India.
