Here are some drinks that contain more protein than one egg.

Cow's Milk: Cow’s milk is one of the best choices for meeting protein needs.

Fortified Soy Milk: Fortified soy milk has an equal amount of protein as an egg, containing 6.3 grams of protein for every cup.

Milk Kefir: Kefir is a fermented, probiotic-packed drink made from kefir grains. 

Bone Broth: Bone broths are also abundant in protein. 

High-Protein Smoothies: Almond butter, Banana smoothie and Peanut Butter smoothie are a few examples of tasty smoothies that offer 19 and 18 grams of protein.
