Papaya: One serving of this tropical fruit contains 88mg of vitamin C.

Guava: This tropical fruit has around 376mg of vitamin C.

Broccoli: One cup of raw broccoli contains 81.2mg of vitamin C.

Bell Peppers: All bell peppers are a rich source of vitamin C.

Strawberries: A cup of sliced strawberries contains 98mg of vitamin C.

Kiwi: Kiwi has about 134mg of vitamin C.
