Shenaaz Gill, a renowned actress, gained popularity through Bigg Boss 13. Her impressive weight loss journey, in which she lost 12 kilograms in just six months, inspires.

Shenaaz focused on her diet instead of intense workouts. She worked on portion control and eliminated significant food items from her diet, such as non-veg, ice cream, and chocolate. 

Shenaaz Gill prefers to eat only one or two type of food each day if she has moong dal for lunch she will have the same for dinner. 

Shenaaz Gill drinks plenty of water every day to stay hydrated.

Shenaaz starts her morning with warm water, apple cider vinegar, turmeric or green tea. 

Shenaaz Gill chooses to eat a healthy fulfilling breakfast that is rich in protein such as fenugreek parathas,vegetable-filled poha, Dosa, and sprouts. 

Shenaaz is very particular about her sleeping routine, she takes 7 hours of sleep by going to bed at 10 p.m. to wake up at 4 p.m.
