Quick office workouts to boost your energy and productivity

Here is a list of quick workouts which can help improve your productivity and energy.

Standing on your toes and lowering yourself repeatedly to tone your calves, enhance circulation and strength your lower legs with this simple and effective execrise.

Calf Raises

While seated, lift one leg at a time to activate your lower abs, strength your thighs and improve your core stability with this simple desk execrise. 

Seated leg raise

Do one mintue of jumping jacks and get your heart rate and burn some calories through these quick, full body cardio execrises.

Jumping jacks 

Use a stable office chair to do tricep dips  to tone your arms.  A few sets through out the day will make a big difference in muscle tone and overall strength. 

Tricep dips

Use your desk to do incline push-ups; your chest, arms and core muscles will all be engaged for a quick upper body workout.

Throwing punches in the air for a fast cardio boost, relieving stress while engaging your upper body and improving endurance with this simple yet effective execrise.

Shadow boxing 

These work your triceps and help stretch out your shoulders. Stand up at your desk with arms by your sides and palms facing behind.

Arm pulses

Hop on both feet at once or alternate if you need to modify. You can up the intensity by moving your arms as if you were holding a rope.
