Non-dairy calcium-rich foods for strong bones

Here are non-dairy sources of foods that are rich in calcium.

Leafy greens: Leafy green vegetables are extremely healthy, and are also high in calcium.

Almonds: Almonds are loaded with nutrients like healthy fats, calcium, protein, and magnesium. 

Seeds: Seeds are rich sources of calcium and also contain protein and healthy fats. 

Tofu: This makes for a rich source of calcium. 

Beans and lentils: Beans and lentils are highly nutritious and contain 19% of daily calcium needs.

Broccoli: This cruciferous vegetable is extremely rich in calcium.

Figs: They make for a great munching and are rich in fiber, calcium and antioxidants.
