Make makhana chaat at home easily

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add makhana and roast them until they become crisp.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the roasted makhana, chopped onion, tomato, green chili, boiled potatoes, boiled chickpeas, and chopped coriander leaves.

Add roasted peanuts, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, lemon juice, and salt to taste.

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. You can add more lemon juice or chaat masala according to your preference.
