Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar shares tips to control high cholesterol levels naturally

During a recent interaction with his followers, Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar shared Ayurvedic remedies to naturally lower high cholesterol levels and promote heart health.

The spiritual leader emphasized to incorporate the Ayurvedic herb curry leaves into your daily diet.

He said consuming curry leaves can naturally keep arteries clean and prevent clogging caused by high LDL cholesterol buildup.

He said curry leaves have compounds that may help lower LDL (bad cholesterol) and improve HDL (good cholesterol).

The spiritual leader also spoke about how eating chutney made of dhaniya leaves (corriander leaves) and curry leaves with fried food items reduces the risk of cholesterol and increases digestion.

Sri Sri Ravi Shankar suggested everyone to engage in regular physical activity, such as walking, jogging, or yoga. Exercise helps boost your HDL (good cholesterol) and lowers LDL (bad cholesterol).

The spiritual leader also suggested to practice stress-reducing techniques such as meditation, deep breathing, or mindfulness. High stress can negatively impact cholesterol levels.
