Gout tips: Fruits, vegetables that reduce uric acid levels

Banana: This is one of the best fruits to lower uric acid levels in your blood.

Berries: Berries like strawberries, and blueberries boast of anti-inflammatory properties that lower uric acid levels.

Other healthy vegetables like tomatoes, broccoli, capsicum and cucumbers also help in lowering uric acid levels.

Cherries: They  boast of anti-inflammatory property called anthocyanins. which reduces uric acid levels.

Apple: Apple is an ideal source of malic acid which lowers uric acid.

French bean: This vegetable prevents gout or high uric acid.

Orange: Vitamin C-rich fruits like orange and lemon also lower uric acid.
