Citrus fruits: These are acidic in nature and are high in fibre. Consuming citrus fruits can cause gut health issues in some people.
Artificial sugar: Many studies have shown that artificial sugar can bring severe health issues. These can also damage the intestines.
Overdose of fibre: High fibre like whole grains and vegetables, if consumed too much can trigger digestive issues.
Beans: These are full of healthy protein and fibre which makes them hard to digest causing gas and cramping.
Cabbage and its cousins: Cabbage, and broccoli have the same sugars as beans making these foods hard to digest.
Fructose: This is used to sweeten foods like sodas, candy, fruit juice, and others. These foods are hard to digest.
Spicy foods: Eating spicy foods can cause indigestion and heartburn.
