Here are eight exercises that can help reduce thigh fat and tone up the muscles in your thighs:

Engage your thighs, glutes, and hamstrings by bending your knees while maintaining a straight back, as if sitting into an invisible chair.

Squats

Step forward, lower your body until both knees form 90-degree angles, then return to starting position to sculpt your thighs and improve muscle definition.

Lunges

Pedal away on a bike, indoors or outdoors, to engage quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes for fat burning and thigh toning.

Cycling

Ascend onto a step or bench, then lower back down, alternating legs to work thighs, improve balance, and coordination.

Lie on your side, raise your top leg toward the ceiling, and lower it down to target inner thigh muscles.
