Here are seven yoga poses to improve lung capacity

Stand tall with feet together, stretch arms overhead, and reach upward. This pose helps open up the chest and lungs.

Tadasana

 Lie on your stomach, place hands under shoulders, and lift your chest off the ground. This pose expands the chest and improves breathing.

Bhujangasana

Sit with one leg bent and the other crossed over, then twist your torso. This pose enhances lung efficiency by increasing flexibility in the chest.

Ardha Matsyendrasana
