Here are 7 exercises to tone your arms at home
Start in a plank position with your hands shoulder width apart.
Sit on the edge of a chair or bench with your hands beside your hips.
Hold a pair of dumbbells (or water bottles) with your palms facing up.
Tap your left shoulder with your right hand, then your right shoulder with your left hand, while keeping your hips stable.
Extend your arms out to the sides and make small circles, gradually increasing the size.
Hold a dumbbell or similar weight with both hands above your head.
Stand on the middle of a resistance band, holding the ends with your hands.
These exercises are simple to perform at home and help build muscle and improve arm tone.
