5 must-try ways to enjoy raw mangoes

1.  Aam Panna:  It is the most loved refreshing drink in summers. 

Aam panna protects us from heat and dehydration by providing coolness to the body.

2. Raw Mango Launji:  “Launji” or Kairi, as it is called, is raw mango that can be used to make a tasty curry. 

 'Kairi'  is extremely delicious and can be stored easily for many days, which will reduce your daily food worries.

3. Raw mango chutney:  It is one of the staple foods of many across India. 

 Chutney of raw mango is prepared in sweet and sour both flavours.

4. Raw mango jam:  Instead of purchasing jam from the market, now you can prepare it at your home, by using raw mangoes. 

For making jam, peel the mango, separate it from the seed and cut it into pieces. Boil them in water, cook them with sugar for a while and then mash them. This delicious jam is perfect to eat with bread or roti.

5. Raw mango pickle:  The pickle made from mango is extremely delicious. 

Mango pickle completes your food, adding flavour and variety to it.
