Nita Ambani and Anant Ambani's fitness trainer Vinod Channa shared tips how he helped Ambanis to lose weight. Here are his valuable tips for those looking to shed belly fat.

Few years ago, Anant Ambani underwent an incredible weight transformation, losing 108 kilos in just 18 months.

And Nita Ambani also shredded 18 kilos of weight in a few months.

The mother-son duo followed a strict diet as they ate meals at regular intervals, ideally every two hours. 

Fitness trainer Vinod Channa explained, “This helps keep your metabolism active and prevents overeating or bloating." Eating regularly supports proper digestion and fat burning. 

Channa also recommends opting for healthier versions of your favourite junk foods instead of avoiding them altogether.

For effective abs, Vinod said, “Burning calories in the larger muscles makes it easier to tone your abs,” he says. This approach ensures better fat loss and more defined abdominal muscles.

He recommends exercises like crunches for upper abs, cross crunches and leg raises for the sides, and side planks for the lower abs. These exercises target different abdominal muscles, leading to a stronger and more toned core.
