Some of these celebrities rely on tofu as a major source of protein in their diets. These 5 tempting tofu recipes, which are a great choice for a light vegan meal, have been approved by celebrities.

Ingredients: Firm tofu, isabgol, medium-sized potato, cilantro, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, and condiments. Recipe: Tofu should be drained and crumbled before being combined with mashed potatoes, isabgol, onions, chillies, ginger-garlic paste, spices, and herbs. Form into tikkis, then serve after shallow-frying until golden.

Bhumi Pednekar’s favourite Tofu tikki

Ingredients: 200 gms of firm tofu, vegetables (tomato, onion, green chillies, and coriander leaves), your preferred type of oil, and seasonings (salt, pepper, cumin powder, garam masala, and turmeric powder) Recipe: Set aside the tofu after crumbling it until it resembles mince. Add spices gradually while stirring to avoid burning after sautéing vegetables in oil until the onions caramelise.

Ingredients: Sesame oil, cornflour, tofu, brown sugar, white sesame seeds, vegetables (garlic cloves, bell peppers, spring onion), and sauces (soy, rice vinegar, and sriracha). Recipe: Coat the tofu in a mixture of cornflour and shallow-fry it in sesame oil. Add tofu after sautéing vegetables, adding sugar and sauces, simmering, and adjusting with water. After garnishing, serve.

Ingredients: Sesame oil, finely chopped ginger and garlic, diced tofu, vegetables (asparagus, mushrooms, string beans, broccoli, bell pepper, and spring onion), and sauces (soy and chilli bean) Recipe: In sesame oil, sauté the tofu, ginger, garlic, and sauces. In a bowl, arrange vegetables in layers, add tofu on top, and garnish.

Ingredients:Tofu, your preferred whole wheat bread, a variety of vegetables (onions, tomatoes, and coriander), and seasonings (salt and pepper) Recipe: Add salt, pepper, tomatoes, and onions to the tofu and scramble it.
