Talking about her workout, Vinesh shared that just like any other wrestler she works on her endurance, agility, strength and speed.
Body balancing training and warm-up exercises are a regular part of her workout.
Talking about her diet, Vinesh Phogat said that she follows a steady, healthy diet.
Before training for breakfast, she has eggs and oats, tomato or bread.
And lunch comprises of chapati and vegetable (protein-rich chana, rajma, etc), curd, salad or fruit.
Later for dinner Vinesh usually eats chapati and green vegetable, eggs.
