During his recovery phase, Rishabh Pant focused on a healthy diet, particularly by taking care of his gut health through natural de-bloating powder from various herbs and spices. This aids in enhanching his gut lining and prevent digestive issues.

In the first two weeks of Pant's recovery diet plan, he mainly stuck to a simple dish called khichdi. This basic meal not only nourished his body but also helped improve his digestion.

As per reports, Shweta Shah, the nutritionist of Rishabh Pant is a believer in Ayurvedic principles and designs his diet that avoids additional supplements. She focused on a natural and wholesome diet that improved energy levels and stamina within two months.

When Pant was recovering, the medication caused acidity and gastric issues. For this, Pant consumed anti-inflammatory alkaline juice with ingredients like carrot, beetroot, amla, mint, coriander, celery, and cucumber.
