Dhawan tied the knot with Aesha Mukerji in 2012, who was already a mother of two from her previous marriage. However, their divorce was finalized in 2023 and Dhawan was granted visitation rights for their son, Zoravar, who lives with Aesha in Australia.

Karthik’s first marriage to Nikita Vanjara took place in 2007 when he was just 21 years old. They parted ways in 2012, following which Karthik later married squash player Dipika Pallikal in 2015. The couple welcomed twin boys in 2021.

He was married to Sandhya Prabhakar for several years before the couple separated. Sandhya chose to stay away from the public spotlight following the divorce. Prabhakar later married actress Farheen, and they have two children together.
