Tasty and healthy evening snacks to get refreshed in summer

Here is a list of seven easy summer snacks perfect for those summer evenings.

Yogurt Parfait: Place Greek yoghurt, fresh berries, and granola in a bowl.

Bruschetta: Toast baguette slices and garnish them with a mixture of diced tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic, olive oil, and salt. 

Watermelon Feta Skewers: Cut watermelon into bite-sized cubes and put them onto skewers with feta cheese.

Avocado Toast: Toast slices of whole-grain bread and spread mashed avocado on top.

Cucumber Bites: Slice cucumbers and garnish each slice with Greek yoghurt or cream cheese.

Frozen Grapes: Freeze grapes for a cool and refreshing snack. 

Caprese Salad Skewers: Place and grill cherry tomatoes, mini mozzarella balls (bocconcini), and basil leaves on skewers.
