Summer foods to boost good cholesterol level

Here are some summer foods that can help lower cholesterol:

Okra (Bhindi): Rich in vital nutrients such as Vitamin K, C, and A and magnesium, folate, and fibre, Okra helps to control bad cholesterol. 

Bitter gourd (Karela): It is a rich source of antioxidants and helps to lower cholesterol.

Pointed gourd (Parwal): This vegetable helps to reduce high cholesterol levels.  =

Watermelon (Tarbooj): Watermelon contains great nutritional value and lycopene in it helps to lower cholesterol levels. 

Cucumber (Kheera): It consists of phytosterols known to reduce high cholesterol levels. 

Soy: The isoflavones found in soya raise the HDL level by 3% every time.  

Spinach: The heart-healthy fat in it helps raise the body's HDL level.
