Seated twist

Keep your bag against the backrest. As you inhale, lift your arms over your head and as you exhale, twist to your right, placing both hands on the right armrest for support.

Shoulder rolls

Draw your shoulders up towards your ears as you inhale, then lower them back down. Move them down and forward after that as you breath. Move in the same direction two more times, then switch directions.

Neck rolls

Shut your eyes. Allow your chin to rest against your chest. Start by carefully moving your head back and your right ear towards your right shoulder. Next, move your left ear towards your left shoulder.

Cat-cow stretch

Bring your hands to your knees. Look up and towards the ceiling as you inhale while arching your back. Round your spine as you exhale and allow your head to droop. It will relieve tension that builds up in your upper back, shoulder, and neck.

Seated-forward bend

Put your fingers together behind your back. Draw your interlaced fingers down and straighten your arms as much as you can. Bring your interlaced hands across your back while bending at the waist. Place your thighs under your chest and relax your neck.

Seated eagle

Overlap your right and left legs. Parallel to the floor, extend your arms out to the sides. Crossing your left arm over your right arm and bringing your palms together as you pull your arms forward. 

Seated spinal twist

Turn around so that you are perpendicular to the chair. Twist towards the back of the chair, holding the back of the chair with both hands. Turn yourself 180 degrees so you are facing the opposite side of the chair to do the twist on the other side.
