Nuts: Nuts are rich in magnesium including almonds, cashews, and Brazil nuts.

Legumes: Legumes are nutrient-dense plants that include lentils, beans, chickpeas, peas, and soybeans.

Tofu: Tofu is a vegetarian food high in magnesium and protein content. 

Seeds: Seeds like flax, pumpkin, and chia seeds contain enormous magnesium.

Whole grains: Whole grains like wheat, oats, and barley, are high in many nutrients.

Fatty fish: Fish, especially fatty fish, is high in magnesium.
