Koreans are known for living the longest as they practice healthy habits and lifestyles. 

Here are some Korean habits that you can practice for a healthy body and mind.

Balanced Diet: A traditional Korean diet is nutritious and consists of fruits and vegetables such as kimchi, rice, meat or seafood. 

Regular Exercise: Practicing regular exercise is another vital practice that Koreans follow to reduce stress, blood pressure and blood sugar levels. 

Hydration: Koreans drink numerous amount of water throughout the day along with barley water or green tea to stay hydrated. 

Skincare Routine: They practice a basic skincare routine that includes cleansing, toning, exfoliation, sunscreen and moisturisation to keep skin healthy and glowing.

Mindful Eating: Mindful eating is a healthy practice that helps in weight loss and prevents binge eating.

Social Connections: They stay connected to their friends and people who support them as it benefits their mental health.
