Iron Deficiency: Natural juices rich in iron to boost haemoglobin levels

Here are some Indian drinks to increase haemoglobin levels.

Amla juice: Daily consumption of amla juice not only enhances immunity but also helps in iron absorption, thereby boosting haemoglobin. 

Beetroot kanji: This is a fermented beverage formed by infusing mustard seeds and beetroots. 

Sugarcane juice: Sugarcane juice is a good source of iron and other essential minerals. 

Pomegranate juice: Pomegranate juice is both tasty and nutrient-dense.

Prune Juice: Dried plums, also known as prunes, are a good source of plant-based iron.

Mint Juice: Mint leaves have enormous iron with 100 g of mint leaves containing 15.6 mg of iron. 

Green juice: Green juice can also help you boost iron levels in the body due to richness of parsley, pear, spinach and celery.
