Here are herbs to add to your diet to improve your kidney and liver health:

Sandalwood: Due to its anti-microbial properties, it boost kidney functions while treating UTI infection.

Triphala: Triphala is a combination of herbs, which reduces your weight and improves the natural function of the kidneys and liver. 

Turmeric: It increases plasma proteins and decreases serum urea, which boost kidney function.

Basil: Also known as Tulsi, basil has antioxidant properties which eliminates toxins from the body by boosting metabolism. 

Ginger: Ginger is helpful in cleaning the liver and kidneys, and reducing pain and swelling.

Giloy: It shields kidneys and liver against toxicity due to the presence of antioxidants.

Coriander: Coriander promotes the functions of the kidneys and bladder.
