Allulose: Also called D-allulose, it is a kind of sugar that is there in some fruits. 

Dates: These fruits are best substitute to refined sugar and provide several health benefits.

Applesauce: Using applesauce or purées of other fruits is the ideal way to reduce your refined sugar intake. 

Honey: It has vitamins and minerals, and boasts of anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits.
