Here are some foods that are bad for your brain.

Sugary drinks: They have high glycemic index (GI) and can harm your brain health and cause dementia. 

Foods high in trans fats: Trans fats are unsaturated fat that can damage brain health.

Aspartame: Aspartame is an artificial sweetener present in sugar-free products, which can damage brain.

Refined carbs: Carbs with a high glycemic index (GI) can damage brain and boost risk of dementia. 

Alcohol: It's excessive consumption can negatively affect your brain.

Fish rich in mercury: This can damage fetuses and brains of young kids.
