Foods to boost white blood cell count and prevent cancer

Foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids: Omega-3 fatty acids can help to boost the production of phagocytes of the body, a type of white blood cells.

Green Tea: It is loaded with antioxidants, which help the body combat infections and contains flavonoids and epigallocatechin gallate.

Garlic: Garlic improves white blood cells count and boosting natural killer cell activity. 

Vitamin C-rich fruits and vegetables: Vegetables and fruits rich in vitamin C are mustard greens, brussels sprouts, kale, broccoli, guava, strawberries, kiwi, citrus, etc.

Papaya: This fruit boosts the production of white blood cells or lymphocytes in the body because it is loaded with vitamin A.
