Foods that increase body heat and must be avoided in summer

Spinach: This leafy green vegetable is suitable to be eaten during winters as it produces body heat.

Peanuts: Peanuts boost metabolism and increase blood circulation, hence making you feel hot. 

Mangoes: It not only causes acne and make your skin break out, but also increase body heat.

Coconut: Dieticians recommend coconut water all the time but in summer they suggest avoiding it in the raw form. 

Carrots: Their body-heating properties make them less suitable for summer.

Ginger: Ginger is regarded bad in summer, as it dries up the body from the inside completely. 

Eggs: Eggs should be eaten only in moderation as eating excessively will make you feel hotter.

Almonds: Almonds and other nuts can prove to be harmful since they boost body temperature.
