Diabetes: Worst fruits for people with high sugar levels

There are few fruits that have enormous amounts of sugar which is harmful.

Here are some fruits that should be avoided by people with diabetes. 

Watermelon: The amount of sugar in watermelon is very high.

Bananas: Bananas have a high GI score (62), which can raise blood sugar levels. 

Mango: Mangoes contain 14 grams of sugar, which can raise blood sugar levels.

Pineapple: Pineapple contains about 16 grams of sugar.

Litchi: This juicy and pulpy fruit comprises 16 grams of sugar.
