Here are some simple Ayurvedic tips to reduce blood sugar.

Drink water from copper vessels.

Consume methi dana

Eat bitter food items like bitter gourd, amla, hemp seeds and aloe vera.

Consume spices like turmeric, mustard, asafoetida, cinnamon and coriander.
