Here's what you need: 1. Milk (1 cup), butter (1/2 cup), Atta (1 cup), cocoa powder (1/2 cup), jaggery powder or sugar (1/2 tablespoon), fruit salt (1 tablespoon), and a coffee mug. 

Mix the ingredients well and make sure there is no lump in the batter. 

Fill half the cup with the batter and pre-heat the microwave. 

Put the mug in the oven and bake it for a few minutes. You can check with a knife 

If the batter sticks to your knife, it is not fully baked and vice-versa.
