Brown superfoods that lower risk of diabetes, heart diseases

Black Chana: These pulses are packed with nutrients. 

Yam: Suran or yam is a great food to prevent heart and cardiovascular  issues.

Brown rice: Brown rice prevents diabetes and reduces cholesterol due to its low glycemic index. 

Dates: Khajur or dates prevent diabetes, heart disease.

Walnut: This reduces the risk of type 2 diabetes and heart disease.

Almonds: Almonds prevent high cholesterol,  diabetes and gallstones. 

Potato: Antioxidants in potatoes prevent diabetes, heart issues and ageing.
