Numerous issues can occur when the thyroid gland is underactive or hyperactive. 

Here are some bedtime routine tips to manage thyroid disorders. 

Consume 4-5 Soaked cashews before sleeping.

Eat coconut pieces

Consume chia seeds (soaked)

Consume 1 tbsp of roasted pumpkin seeds
