Take Off Makeup

To avoid blocked pores, breakouts, and skin irritation, always take off your makeup before going to bed

Double Cleanse

To hydrate and preserve your lips overnight, use a moisturising lip balm or treatment. To keep the lips supple and moist, look for substances like hyaluronic acid, vitamin E, or shea butterĀ 

Use a Humidifier

To provide moisture to the air in your bedroom, especially during the dry winter months, think about installing a humidifier. When you sleep, this can help keep your skin hydrated to its ideal levels and prevent dehydration

Sleep on Clean Bedding

Wash and replace your bedsheets and pillowcases on a regular basis to get rid of bacteria, oil, and debris that could get on your skin while you're asleep. Choose natural, breathable materials like cotton to reduce skin discomfort and enhance the quality of your sleep
