Here are the best flours to consume in summer.

Wheat flour is most beneficial in summer as its cooling effect hydrates and refreshes the stomach and boosts digestion.

Gram flour is rich in protein, and keeps our stomachs cool in summer.

Barley flour helps to combat stomach-related problems and is also helpful for diabetes patients.

Jowar flour also cools the stomach as it is high in vitamins and other nutrients.

Ragi (Finger Millet): Also known as Mandua atta, Ragi is high in fibre and calcium and refreshes the body in summer.

Sama (Barnyard Millet): Barnyard millet is high in protein, calcium, iron, minerals, and vitamin B.
