Ahead of the Bihar assembly election due in October next year, Prashant Kishor, chief of the Jan Suraaj campaign is set to launch his political party tomorrow (October 2).
Details of the party, including its name and leadership, will be revealed tomorrow.
This announcement comes after Prashant Kishor's preparations to celebrate the completion of the first phase of his "Jan Suraaj" initiative, which started on October 2, 2022.
He revealed that on this date, the names of the Jan Suraaj leadership council members and the party chief will be disclosed.
He is also seen taking a different path from Nitish Kumar and Tejashwi Yadav on many issues.
This is something similar to what Arvind Kejriwal said at the time of launching the Aam Aadmi Party in Delhi ten years back and eventually swept the assembly polls.
Prashant Kishor, popularly known as PK, has served as a political strategist for the BJP during its pre-election campaign.
He has also worked with various parties, including JD(U), INC, AAP, YSRCP, DMK, and TMC.
His first significant political campaign was in 2011, where he assisted Narendra Modi, the then Chief Minister of Gujarat, in securing re-election for a third term during the Gujarat Assembly Elections in 2012.
