Cucumber:  It hydrates your body and contains soluble fiber which keeps your digestive system on track and prevents constipation.

Zucchini:  It is rich in water and fibre, both of these support healthy digestion. Also, Fibre helps to maintain a healthy gut environment.

Bell Peppers:  It holds the combination of fiber and water which supports digestion and preventing constipation. It also contains antioxidants like vitamin C, which reduces inflammation in digestive tract.

 Tomatoes:  Tomatoes contain lycopene, which reduces the risk of certain digestive disorders, such as colorectal cancer.

  Spinach:  It is a nutritious leafy green vegetable that is rich in fibre which aids in digestion. It also contains magnesium, which helps in relaxation of muscles of digestive tract.

  Broccoli:  It is rich in fibre and antioxidants which supports healthy digestion and reduces the risk of inflammation. It has sulforaphane compound which promote the growth of beneficial bacteria in gut.

Cabbage:  It is rich in fibre and sulphur compounds which supports healthy digestion. Fibre regulates the bowel movement, while sulphur helps to reduce inflammation.
