Food that asthma patients must avoid

Asthma is a chronic lung disease that can affect people of all ages. Astham patients should avoid some food items that can trigger the problems or isseus related to it. 

Curd: Curd is a cold nature food and cold foods can trigger asthma symptoms in some people by causing constriction of the airways.

Ice cream: Cold foods like ice cream can lead to sudden tightening of the muscles around the airways, which can worsen asthma symptoms.

Milk and Milk products: Dairy products may stimulate the production of mucus, which can make breathing more difficult.

Fish: some people with asthma have allergic issues with fish and can increase the symptoms.

Junk and processed foods: Preservatives, artificial colours, and flavour agents can trigger allergic reactions in asthma patients.

Alcohol: Alcohol based bevrages like wine, bear cotains sulphites that can trigger symptoms for some people suffering from asthma.

Wheat: Gluten in wheat can be problematic for those with gluten sensitivity or allergies.

Sugary foods: Excessive sugar can lead to inflammation and worsen asthma symptoms.
