Shortness of breath: This can occur even when you're at rest or during mild physical activity. 

Weakness or fatigue: You may feel unusually tired or weak, even if you haven't been doing anything strenuous. This feeling may persist for several days.

A general feeling of unease or discomfort: This can be a hard symptom to describe, but it may feel like something just isn't right. 

Sweating: Unexplained cold sweats or a sudden, drenching sweat can be a sign of a heart attack, especially in men. 

Nausea or vomiting: You may feel sick to your stomach or vomit. This can be caused by the pain of the heart attack or by the body's response to the stress of the event.

Lightheadedness or dizziness: You may feel like you're going to faint or pass out. This can be caused by a drop in blood pressure.

Mild pain in the throat or chest: You may have pain or discomfort in your chest, but it may not be severe.

Pain in the back or arms, like a sprained or pulled muscle: The pain of a heart attack can sometimes radiate to other parts of the upper body
