Fatigue and Weakness: This is the most common symptom of anemia. You might feel constantly tired, even after getting enough sleep.

Lightheadedness or Dizziness: Anemia can cause dizziness or lightheadedness, especially when you stand up quickly.

Cold Hands and Feet: Anemia can affect circulation, making your hands and feet feel cold even in warm weather.

Headaches: Headaches are a common symptom of anemia, especially for people with iron-deficiency anemia, the most common type.

Brittle Nails: Nails that are brittle, spoon-shaped, or have ridges can be a sign of iron-deficiency anemia.

Fast Heartbeat (Heart Palpitations): Your heart might beat faster than usual to try to pump more oxygen-rich blood throughout your body.
