 8 ayurvedic morning drinks for high uric acid relief

Amla juice: Amla, an Indian gooseberry, is a rich source of vitamin C and can help lower uric acid levels when mixed with warm water on an empty stomach 

Lemon water: Drink half a lemon in warm water every morning to dissolve uric acid crystals, as it is rich in vitamin C.

Apple cider vinegar: Consume 1-2 tablespoons of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar before breakfast to aid in breaking down uric acid.

Coriander seeds: have diuretic properties, aiding in the flushing out of excess uric acid. Soak 1-2 teaspoons in water overnight, strain, and consume in the morning.

Fenugreek seeds with water: Fenugreek seeds can help regulate uric acid levels by soaking a teaspoon in water overnight, drinking the water, and chewing the seeds in the morning.

Celery Seed Water: Celery seeds can help lower uric acid levels by boiling a teaspoon in water, straining, and drinking it once it cools to a warm temperature.

Ginger tea: Ginger, with its anti-inflammatory properties and ability to reduce uric acid, can be enjoyed warm in the morning by boiling slices in water.

Turmeric Milk: Turmeric, rich in anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, can be consumed by mixing half a teaspoon of powder with warm milk in the morning.
