Many comedians have moved from entertaining audiences on stage to giving strong performances on screen. In acting roles, their versatility and comedic timing have won over audiences. These 6 comedians moved on to become actors!

In the upcoming romantic comedy Mere Husband Ki Biwi, which is directed by Mudassar Aziz, stand-up comedian Harsh Gujral will make his cinematic debut. The movie, which stars Rakul Preet Singh, Bhumi Pednekar, and Arjun Kapoor, is scheduled to be released on February 21, 2025.

Popular Indian comedian, actor, and YouTuber Harsh Beniwal is well-known for his funny sketches. He starred in web series such as Campus Diaries and Who's Your Daddy? and made his Bollywood debut in Student of the Year 2 (2019). He costarred with Shivangi Joshi in the MX Player series Heartbeats in 2024.

Popular Indian actor, YouTuber, and stand-up comedian Anubhav Singh Bassi is well-known for his humorous storytelling. After graduating from law school, he transitioned to comedy in 2017 and became well-known for his viral performances. He debuted in Bollywood with Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar in 2023, and his stand-up special Bas Kar Bassi was made available on Amazon Prime Video.
