Lahore 1947, produced under Aamir Khan's banner, marks a significant collaboration between Sunny Deol and Aamir Khan Productions.
The film was officially announced last October, capturing attention with its star-studded cast and intriguing storyline.
Veteran actor Shabana Azmi and Ali Fazal have also joined the cast of Lahore 1947 in significant roles.
It will also star Sunny Deol sharing the screen with his elder son, Karan Deol.
Preity Zinta married Gene Goodenough in a private ceremony in Los Angeles in 2016 and later welcomed twins through surrogacy in 2021.
