Bhumi Pednekar's weight loss journey: List of superfoods she ate in a day

Bhumi Pednekar, the actress of Dum Laga Ke Haisha, astounded her audience by playing an obese newlywed lady. 

She lost 24 kgs in 4 months after the movie. 

She is all prepped for the upcoming movie 'Thank you for coming' which will be release on October 6. 

She has shared in an interview about what she ate in a day to lose weight. Here's a list of superfood she ate in a day. 

She drank a glass of hot water early in the morning. She used to make detox water and used to take cucumber along with lemon and mint. 

She never used to skip breakfast. In the morning, she eats muesli with skim milk (without cream). 

Bhumi also consumes wheat bread, a two-egg white omelette, and fruit juice. She also consumes sunflower seeds.

She used to eat home-cooked food for lunch. She ate market, gram, or jowar bread and took vegetables cooked in olive oil. 

As a snack in the evening, she ate fruits. She also consumed green tea with walnuts or almonds. She then ate salad. 

For dinner, she ate fish or chicken. She consumed paneer, tofu or boiled vegetables and took a little brown rice with it. 

She bid goodbye to sugar in her weight loss journey.
