UPSC aspirants who quit their high-paying jobs to become IAS officers

IAS officer Kajal Jawla: She is a 2019 batch IAS officer of MP Cadre. She was working with Wipro before preparing for UPSC.

IAS Manuj Jindal: He is also an ex-NDA cadet. He quit his high-paying job at Barclays (England) and returned to India. He then decided to prepare for UPSC.

IAS Kanishak Kataria: He worked with Samsung in South Korea and in Bengaluru at an American startup before preparing for UPSC.

IAS Divya Mittal: She quit her high-paying job in London to crack UPSC CSE. She is currently posted as DM of Mirzapur, UP.

IAS Himanshu Kaushik: He is a 2018 batch IAS officer of the Andhra Pradesh cadre. He worked as a Software Developer before cracking UPSC.

IAS Abhishek Surana: He worked as an investment banker in Barclays Investment Bank. Later, he came to India and started preparing for UPSC.

IAS Anu Kumari: She worked with a private company at a good salary. But she quit her job and cracked UPSC exam in 2017 and got AIR 2.
