Meet 10 new owners of most expensive Lutyens' bungalows

Lutyens' Delhi, a prestigious zone, continues to attract prominent individuals, including corporate leaders and high-net-worth individuals. The exclusive enclave's colonial-era architecture and lush green spaces make it a sought-after address, highlighting the ongoing trend of luxury real estate activity.

Kusum Ansal, wife of Ansal Group's Sushil Ansal, sold her Feroze Shah Road bungalow for Rs 241 crore to Yatah Enterprise, a Gujarat-based firm, in one of Delhi's most expensive real estate deals. 

DLF chairman Rajiv Singh and his family-backed Sidhant Real Estate bought a Prithviraj Road bungalow for Rs 150 crore in October 2024. 

Rangoli Resorts, led by Sheela Foam executive Rahul Gautam and his family, acquired a Hailey Road bungalow for Rs 165 crore. 

Bhanu Chopra, founder of RateGain, bought a Golf Links bungalow for Rs 127.5 crore in February 2023. 

Former Attorney General of India Mukul Rohatgi's wife, Vasudha, purchased a 1,806 sqm bungalow in the Golf Links area for Rs 160 crore in February 2023.

Maxop Engineering director Shailesh Arora bought a 480.7 sqm bungalow in Delhi's Golf Links area for Rs 68.5 crore in December 2022. 

Aakash Chaudhry, of Aakash Educational Services, purchased a 1,293.47 sqm bungalow at Kautilya Marg in Delhi's Chanakyapuri area for Rs 137 crore in August 2022. 

Gopal Subramanium, former Solicitor General of India, bought a 724 sqm bungalow in Delhi's Sunder Nagar area for Rs 85 crore in June 2022. 

Gautam Adani, Adani Group chairman, acquired a bungalow near Bhagwan Das Road in Delhi for Rs 400 crore in 2020. 

Vijay Shekhar Sharma, Paytm founder and CEO, bought a bungalow in Delhi's exclusive Golf Links area for Rs 82 crore in 2017.
